Our Education and Cultural Learning Department hosted a lively Open House this week, inviting the community to meet the team, enjoy good food, and learn about the department’s work in culture, education, and the environment.
Guests were welcomed with smiles, tasty bites, and engaging displays highlighting ECLD’s many programs — from cultural workshops to environmental learning and youth initiatives. Staff shared insights into ongoing projects and upcoming events while encouraging visitors to get involved and offer ideas for future programming.
“This open house is about celebrating the Tribal community and showing how education and culture come together,” said one team member.
As the day wrapped up, guests left energized and inspired by ECLD’s dedication to education, stewardship, and community connection — proving once again that learning is best shared with good company and a welcoming spirit.
